Do You Think of Me?Dar tu, te-ai gândit la mine?
"Do you think of me?", this means in Romanian,
For I believe English is not a language in which my love for you,
My endless stream of thoughts and everlasting compassion
Towards you are expressed,
For there are absolutely no words in the English language
To determine how much I utterly care, how insanely compelled
I am when I hear one mention your name, when you speak
In your soft voice that can only be compared to one of an angel's,
Yet even that comparison is not remotely close.
A girl such as yourself, someone so sweet and other adjectives
I would name if your imagine did not leave me speechl

StitchingTrails of broken hearts,
Cracked, shattered, even just a bit scratched,
And oh how I try to stitch them back together,
Pin them lightly at first,
Just as any tailor of hearts would I suppose.
Then, I embroider the pieces,
Slowly, carefully, ever so cautious to not tear it.
But, as they say, I appear to be the one who
Rips these poor hearts' seams in the first place,
And I call back into my corner,
Needle and thread in hand,
And simple disappear...

Gate Of TruthWe both stand there,
Staring up at this iron tower it seems,
Trapping us here, within its boundaries.
"What do you think is on the other side"?
One of us ask softly,
And the other just shakes their head slowly.
And oh how we tried to conquer this challenge
That stood guard before us,
For we tried to dig in the man-made, makeshift
Rocks below, their pale color scrapping our hands.
No success.
We had once tried to scale up the side,
But the twisted off wire at the top had caught hold of
Your belt loop, and with gravity and a yelp
In surprise, it tore clean off,
And the tears streamed down your face.
I asked quietly what the mat

MemoriesScrambling through memories,
Lost without a sense of time.

All of now seems meaningless,
And parts of me wish to return to what once was.

But, gazing upon these memories only
Bring back heartache,

It only makes me remember:
"You are a liar. You cannot be trusted.

You've let more down then you've put up,
And what a devious thief you can be too."

So, with a blink of the eye,
With the rolling of salty tears,

You forget,
Only to continue your horrific ways.

WordsA kind word can heal a simple wound
While a hurtful oath can just bring about a thousand more.

And Now I SeeSimple, isn't it?
Wake up, eat, live, and go back to sleep.
We do this, everyday, nonstop.
This is life,
But stop, read between the lines
Of life for a moment.
What do you see?
Is it love? Or hate?
Or any other emotion here,
But I can tell you this:
It is not balanced.
But what does balance mean?
The equal proportions of something,
Correct?
Is there balance in today's society,
With all this war and love?
Which do we do more of?
Seems like hate, right?
Or is that love?
It souly depends on who you are,
Nothing more, Nothing less.

Scraped HeartWhen I was a small child,
I would ride my bike, just outside my home
On the cobblestone and try to balance with accuracy.
Now and again, I would fall, and scrape my knee.
Mama would always come running, her face twisted with worry
And hold me against her warmth, kissing my boo-boos,
Whispering so calming that "it'd be okay",
That I would "soon heal right back up".
Just as all small children do, I grew.
Life went on for me and Mama was sure enough
To be found correct, I did heal.
But now, knee scraping are not what I feel pain to...
When I try to balance out my love, and it all comes crashing down...
I surely scrape my heart, but

When You ThoughtHave you ever believed so much in something?
Became so attached to a belief,
A statement, and person or object
Or perhaps even an event or happening?
You put all your faith and belief into this,
Only to watch it shatter before your feet,
As if it had meant nothing to you at all.

If you have none done or seen these things,
I highly recommend you stray away from repeating
The mistakes of the before.

Dead ThoughtsOkay, stop right there.
Let me stop you dead in your thoughts,
No matter what they may be.
Now, what were you just thinking about?
Simple school drama?
How your appearance appeals to others?
Or perhaps nothing at all?
Typical thoughts of the young adult or teen,
And quite normal, so I do not blame you.
But let me ask you this:
How many of you are thinking of someone
Other than yourself?
Trying in all your power to care for them,
Making sure they are happy, and sacrificing your own good
For theirs.
Or how about the world?
Are you thinking about how you can possibly make it
Better at all?
Ways to stop the bad,
And influence o

Wrenched HeartWhen I read all the goods news,
And things that have happened, making you
So dearly happy,
I feel as though I should be joyful
Along with you,
But I have a sick, wrenched feeling inside of me,
Like a hand has grabbed hold of my heart,
And felt the need to twist it menacingly,
And choke the life from it, leaving it
Shriveled and white, struggling to pump
Life back into me, but succeeding little.
I have desired a heated passion of fury,
One in which I do not know what for,
And if this shines any sense to my readers,
It feels as though my heart has wound up in
A corner, and decided to die wholesomely and alone,
Wishfully think

A Girl and her DogThrough the fields and over the hills
There lies a small cottage, housing several
Children of young age, a mother and father as well,
And although ceasing to diminish their love for all
Things ringing truth and good in the world,
They struggle to pay their dues and keep such
A lovely location to reside around and among the wildlife.
When almost all hope seems to be lost,
Amazingly, above all the rest, a girl and her dog,
Just as plain and simple as that, a widely renown
Bond that seems to exist from household to village throughout
This very world.
It may seems so ordinary, but have you ever noticed what happens
When the normal a

HeadlightsBlinding, two white blasts,
It comes so quick, so suddenly,
And how it burns you,
For lying on a road in utter darkness
Really reduces your eyes ability to handle intense light.
You squint, and open your mouth the yell,
But nothing comes out, not because you are
Paralyzed with fear,
(Which so very much are),
But rather the fact that you do not have time.
The headlights come so close, the screeching
Of rubber menaces echo in the moonlit sky,
That your very skin seems to burn,
Ever so slightly ignite from its unbearable heat
The lights produce.
You don't remember any pain, although you are quite
Sure of yourself it hurt,
And o

Goodbye...Such a close friend,
Gone.

Goodbye, I say now,
And even though you may not read this,
Know this:

I will miss you.
I will miss your one of a kind thoughts,
How you looked upon the world,
And how you so gratefully let me help
With problems in your life.
I wish you the best of luck,
Although I doubt you'll need much.

Rejection and FollowingIsn't it funny,
How so many of us want difference,
Want a new, and better tomorrow?
Yet, we are too scared.

Scared to stray away from the crowd,
To be sought out and picked upon,
Because we dare to change,
Dare to deviate.

Ah, yes, so many
Thoughtful ideas, lost
In an entanglement of common interest,
And self-absorbed leaders.

We'll all miss you dearly Dave, but we'll never forget you. I'm so sad to see you go, but I know that you shouldn't stay if that's not what you want. Maybe one day you'll be back, and maybe one day you won't. Maybe one day I'll see you somewhere, and maybe one day I won't.
